■Company Overview
A global digital asset company operating a cloud-native technology platform within a regulated environment. Its security framework is aligned with CIS Critical Security Controls and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, while addressing relevant financial and digital asset regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

■Role
Act as the technical owner for IAM and Privileged Access Management, responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and automation of platforms managing identities, access permissions, privileged accounts, and cryptographic keys.

A key objective is to transform manual identity-management processes into automated, measurable security controls.

■Why This Company & Role

This is a senior-level position covering Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and cryptographic key management.

Rather than focusing on day-to-day account administration, you will have significant ownership across the design, implementation, automation, and continuous improvement of IAM platforms.

You will join a lean, senior security team and work closely with the Group CISO, contributing to global security initiatives.

■Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and operate IAM/PAM platforms
Manage privileged access using CyberArk or similar solutions
Design identity and access controls across AWS and Azure
Automate joiner/leaver processes, access reviews, and other IAM workflows
Manage cryptographic keys and certificates using HSM/KMS
Develop security automation using Python and APIs
Support audits and maintain security controls and evidence
Conduct technical evaluation and management of IAM-related vendors

求める経験

■Requirements
Hands-on experience in IAM and/or PAM
Experience designing and implementing CyberArk or similar PAM solutions
Cloud IAM experience across AWS and Azure
Experience with Identity Governance
Hands-on experience with HSM and cryptographic key management
Scripting and automation experience using Python or similar technologies
Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams in English

■Preferred Qualifications
Experience with or knowledge of Teleport, StrongDM, Boundary, or similar technologies
Knowledge of PKI and Certificate Authorities
Experience with hardware-based authentication such as FIDO2
Security experience within financial services or another regulated industry
Knowledge of or interest in digital assets, crypto, or trading environments
