Financing transactions supporting PE-backed companies.
2. Corporate Solutions
Direct lending or customized financing solutions for Japanese corporates.
3. Asset-Backed Credit (ABC)
Financing secured by receivables or other assets.
4. Structured Bank Deals
Specifically mentioned:
SRTs (Significant Risk Transfers)
These are transactions where banks transfer part of their credit risk to investors.
5. Investment Grade Credit

Responsibilities:
・Analyzing and modelling credit opportunities across a wide variety of product types
・Preparing presentations and memoranda to analyze investment opportunities, financial strategies, and business performance
・Assisting in the onboarding and monitoring of investments
・Facilitating the structuring and execution of funding and securitizations
・Managing business risks through the execution of interest rate swaps and foreign currency forwards
・Analyzing and modelling new strategic initiatives and business development opportunities for the credit investment platform

求める経験

They are seeking 1) Principal 2) Analyst as below.

(1)Principal-Level Hire (Approx. 8-15 years experience)
Must-have requirements:
- Strong spoken and written English (non-negotiable)
- Solid corporate finance foundation such below background:
Investment Banking
Private Equity
Asset Management
Similar finance backgrounds
- Ability to understand financial models, accounting, and transaction structures
- Less require modelling skill for a principal level but strong Entrepreneurial mindset & hands-on mind set would require
- Willingness to be hands-on and build the business

Not required:
Prior private credit experience
