・Manage onboarding and offboarding processes with a strong focus on delivering an excellent employee experience
・Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
・Lead recruitment activities for junior to mid‑level positions (VP level or below)
・Support the preparation and administration of employment contracts, amendments, and related HR documentation
・Ensure compliance with Japanese labor laws and internal HR policies
・Coordinate probation reviews, internal transfers, and exit processes for junior to mid‑level staff
・Serve as a primary point of contact for routine employee relations matters for junior to mid‑level employees
・Escalate issues appropriately and assist in resolving employee concerns in a timely and professional manner
・Support Human Capital initiatives, including policy updates and internal audits
・Assist with ad hoc Human Capital projects as required - 求める経験

・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
・5–10 years of experience in a Human Capital / HR role
・Language proficiency:
Japanese: Native or business‑fluent (written and spoken)
English: Business‑fluent (written and spoken)
・Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
・High level of professional judgment and discretion, with the ability to manage confidential information appropriately
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HR systems is an advantage
・Experience working in an international or bilingual corporate environment
・Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams
・Calm, flexible, and solutions‑oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate complex or sensitive situations - 給与詳細
