業務内容

【About the Team】
The Asia Technology (TMT) investment team, based in Singapore and led by senior investors, focuses on large-cap technology buyouts across Asia, including ASEAN, Japan, India, Korea, and Australia and so on.

Lean team (~6 members in Singapore) with high exposure to senior decision-makers
Close collaboration with regional teams, particularly Japan
Active deployment in technology investments with a broad sector focus (e.g., software, digital infrastructure, tech-enabled businesses)

【Role Overview】
The team is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support end-to-end execution of technology investments across ASEAN and broader Asia.

This is a unique opportunity to transition from investment banking into a leading global private equity platform, with exposure to large-cap transactions and cross-border deals.

【Key Responsibilities】
・Support execution of M&A transactions and leveraged buyouts in the technology sector
・Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis
Perform commercial and strategic due diligence on target companies
・Prepare investment memos and materials for internal committees
・Work closely with senior team members across geographies on live deals
・Monitor portfolio companies and support value creation initiatives

求める経験

・1–2 years of experience in top-tier Investment Banking (IBD), with strong M&A exposure
・Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
・Fluent in Japanese (business level or above)
・High level of English proficiency (global collaboration required)
・Demonstrated interest in technology and private equity investing
