求める経験

Candidate Profile
Experience:
3–6 years total experience (target)
Preferred: Private Equity (buyout exposure) , Investment Banking (M&A), Strategy Consulting

Skillset:
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
Exposure to M&A / buyout transactions (must-have minimum)

Language:
Native-level Japanese (required)
Fluent English (critical, cross-border collaboration)

Other:
High potential, intellectually curious
Ability to work in a lean, entrepreneurial team
Flexibility on title (Analyst → Associate possible depending on profile)
