業務内容

Company Overview:
・Tech / SaaS / Software focused buyout fund
・Have done more than 30 deals globally
・Top 5% return of fund globally
・Raising new fund at the later this year
・Investing in B2B software business in overseas, and now expanding into Asia and in JP

Working Style:
・Minimum equity check size: 5-40B JPY, flexible
・Do mainly controlled and majority deals, but also do co-investment and minority sometimes
・Very hands on with deals and portfolio companies
・Very hands on and operational based, very involved with portfolio companies

求める経験

Looking to build up Japanese team, hiring deal team 1 Associate, 1 Investment Manager, 1 Investment Director
・Priority VP class hire, but open to see below or above classes even Director/MD/Partner level
・Want to see more PE background, willing to meet someone in consulting or IBD with PE experience
・Ideally, someone with experience living or studying aboard
・Software investment experience not required as can be taught after hiring
・Need to have required technical skill set to do deals
・Business level English, Native Japanese
