業務内容

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Conducting company and industry research especially in Healthcare industry.
• Performing financial and valuation analyses
o Financial analyses include creating detailed financial models used for valuation and other financial analysis (DCF, LBO, M&A, accretion/dilution, comparable company and
transaction analysis)
• Creating business profiles
• Preparing industry overviews on subsectors within the healthcare industry
• Preparing marketing documents
o Pitch materials, confidential offering memoranda, management presentations, fairness opinions and board presentations
• Conducting extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate the risk/return parameters of
a transaction

求める経験

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, knowledge of corporate finance, keen attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent judgement and character
• Proven ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
• Demonstrated leadership in academics and extracurricular activities
• Ability to fluently speak and write in both Japanese and English
