As a contingency fee-based search firm, our fees are only incurred once the candidate has been hired. We do not charge any fees for providing candidate information or conducting interviews, even when a hire is not made.

Headhunting Services
XG Partners' Headhunting Service is a search-type scouting service that proactively searches for and approaches the talent that companies are looking for. Our Headhunting Service is a more focused approach to potential candidates who are not yet looking for a new job.
We do not simply select candidates who meet your hiring needs. We may also make suggestions on how to conduct the search and who to search for, based on an accurate understanding of your company's requirements and the goals you wish to achieve by hiring the right person.
In some cases, our headhunting service requires a retainer, which is an initiation fee for the search. In order to meet the client's needs beyond 100%, we propose a retainer when prioritizing multiple projects and candidates.
We will never propose a retainer contract if we think it is difficult to meet your needs. We will only make a proposal when we believe that the requirements can be met by our company. We will find the best way for you to find top performers and achieve success in recruiting them.
