What do our executive search consultants do?
All of our consultants are single-minded consultants who work with both employers and job applicants. The company has no uniform KPIs.
We target jobs with annual incomes of 12 million yen or more, and our support includes jobs that are available throughout Japan and globally.
About the Candidates We Seek
We are currently looking for candidates with recruiting experience as our top priority.

The reason for this is that we are rapidly increasing the number of clients we serve, and we are unable to keep up with them all. We are also looking for people who have experience in sales and marketing in other industries.
Regarding our working conditions
- Salary
- Base salary: 3.6-8 million yen
- Sales incentives (40-55% return)
- Year-end bonus (amount paid is calculated based on behavior evaluation)
- Personalized sales budget (available for dinners, hiring, and anything else work-related)
