In Recruitment and Executive Search Pride, Enjoyment and Agency value

Recruitment in our company is very important; we are aiming to have 30 employees by 2027, and we want to run a company where people who love this job can work for a long time.

In recent years, the Japanese recruitment market has continued to heat up, recruiting methods have expanded, and recruiting through social networking services has become the norm. Due to the low barriers to entry, many companies and individuals have started their own recruiting businesses, and I feel that recruiting has become even more accessible than before. At the same time, the deterioration of the service level of the recruiting industry has also become noticeable.
What we must not forget is that our clients are simply employers and job seekers, and our raison d'etre is to provide agency value to these two clients.

If we cannot provide agency value, we will be replaced by AI in the near future. In fact, looking at the world outside of Japan, the average rate of referral fees concluded with each client has been decreasing year by year. This is due to the development of RPO and direct recruitment SNS. Japan will not be an exception to this rule in the future, and executive search and recruiting will not be possible without agency value.

Therefore, we believe that "consultants" are the most important factor in creating agency value. This is because our business model is a win-win-win-win situation: we solve the problems of the hiring company through the introduction of management personnel, realize the career development of management personnel, and link this to our own reputation as an intermediary.
