This company is a leader in its category of growth equity investing globally – there is no one to match geographic and industrial diversification.
The firm has a strong reputation for being innovation led, entrepreneur focused and partnership driven. It also has a rich history in philanthropy.
The firm has a flexible mandate to do minority and majority deals, and flexibility in governance.

Their key sectors are tech, healthcare, financial services, consumer.

This fund has been in Asia a long time – with multi Bn portfolios across China, India, SEA, Australia. They would like to add Japan to the mandate given the innovation that is happening in the economy, and the early venture and entrepreneur ecosystems which will be great long term tailwinds for the country.

Required Experience

Requirements:

Basically require 5-12 years of experiences in global PE fund or Growth investor.

This person will have an important role in starting team build, which will be progressive over many years.
They will help us shape the strategy locally as well

This person will have a lot of autonomy day to day, needs to be high energy, well organized and driven to help build a business with the support of the broader firm.

They also need to be a team player. This means being scrappy about getting into the market to build relationships in sourcing, as well as deal execution experience. Other qualities to look for are willingness to take risk, back themselves

It is important that this person has some technical background in deal underwriting (i.e execution experience on the buyside).
