■役割
エンドユーザーエクスペリエンスを支える技術部門のマネージャー／エンジニアとして、ユーザーサポート、技術的問題解決、システム導入・改善を主導し、VIPユーザーを含む顧客に最高水準のサービスを提供する。

■業務内容

技術インシデントの分析・トラブル対応・問題解決

リモート／オンサイトでのユーザー支援、会議室設備サポート

ハードウェア・ソフトウェアのテスト、導入プロジェクト管理

顧客ニーズの予測と予防策の実施

技術ドキュメントや知識ベースの整備・更新

ITSMツール（ServiceNow等）を活用した課題追跡・報告業務

新技術導入や移行プロジェクトの管理

■Key Responsibilities
-Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents
-Provide end-user support remotely and onsite (including conference room -tech)
-Test, deploy, and manage hardware/software rollouts
-Anticipate user needs, implement preventative measures, and maintain documentation

Required Experience

※ Windows環境・AD・VPNなどのデスクトップ技術経験
※ 傾聴力・問題解決力を備えた高いカスタマー対応力
※ Zoom／Teamsなどのツールトラブル対応経験
※ Microsoft 365・Azureなどのクラウド／Officeスキル
※ ServiceNow等のITSMツール使用経験、情報系資格歓迎
