🛠 業務内容
※ 技術インシデントの分析・トラブル対応・問題解決
※ リモート／オンサイトでのユーザー支援、会議室設備サポート
※ ハードウェア・ソフトウェアのテスト、導入プロジェクト管理
※ 顧客ニーズの予測と予防策の実施、技術ドキュメント整備
※ ITSMツール（ServiceNow等）を活用した課題追跡・報告業務

🔹 Key Responsibilities
-Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents
-Provide end-user support remotely and onsite (including conference room -tech)
-Test, deploy, and manage hardware/software rollouts
-Anticipate user needs, implement preventative measures, and maintain documentation

Required Experience

🎯 応募資格
※ Windows環境・AD・VPNなどのデスクトップ技術経験
※ 傾聴力・問題解決力を備えた高いカスタマー対応力
※ Zoom／Teamsなどのツールトラブル対応経験
※ Microsoft 365・Azureなどのクラウド／Officeスキル
※ ServiceNow等のITSMツール使用経験、情報系資格歓迎
