Job Description

日本国内向けのベンチャー企業向け投資全般。
グロースアングルもあり。
セクターはIT, Software,がメイン。Early stageよりはmiddle-later stage向けの投資。

今回のVC担当は日本初の採用であり、既に立ち上がっているPEチームの一員としてＶＣ投資を中心に対応いただく予定。
一部ＰＥアングルある投資にもチーム一員として関わる可能性あり。

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of total experience, from VC firms, TMT sector focused
　　 *Open for a seniority
• VC + IBD/M&A background would be ideal
• Based in Tokyo
• Native Japanese, or foreigners who has live in Japan for a long time (JLPT1)
• Business level English, written skill is more important than speaking skill, needs to write IC memos in English
• Someone who has been working in Japan in relevant industry, extroverted, outgoing, loves networking, high communication skill
• Basic modeling skill, not advanced is OK, but need basic financial literacy to be able to read and analyze financial sheet/projection
• VC experience, experience investing into local market in JP
