After graduating from university, he began his career at a recruitment agency specializing in the financial industry. Through this experience of building his track record in supporting career transitions, particularly into the venture capital area, he became inspired to pursue entrepreneurship for himselfーstarting out as a sole proprietor.
While he experienced firsthand the challenges of starting a business, he also realized once again that people are the most critical factor in building an organization. This led him to reorient his career towards contributing value through recruitment and to pursue the path of headhunting once more.
During this journey, he met XGPartners, and he was deeply impressed by his mission and commitment to “maximizing the value of an intermediary/agent standing between hiring companies and job seekers.” This encounter inspired him to join XG Partners.
His hobbies are weight training and cooking. He trains daily with the goal of competing in contests again.
