As the head of the finance division at the major talent recruitment firm JAC Recruitment, Seiji successfully supported career transitions to securities firms and M&A advisory firms, establishing a consulting team from scratch.
Seiji personally ranked first among all agents in career transition support at major consulting firms within just one year, and received several other company-wide accolades.
Within the organization, Seiji also held the position of department head. Although he went on to lead a team of approximately 50 people within five years, he decided to leave JAC Recruitment in pursuit of providing impactful career commitments as a headhunter rather than managing an organization, and restarted his career as a consultant at XG Partners.

In his childhood, Seiji ranked third in kendo in western Japan. During his junior high school to university years, he was a member of the soccer team. Currently, he enjoys weight training and road biking as hobbies. Seiji is also a father of a son and a daughter.
