After graduating from university, she joined a major corporate credit research company, where she was responsible for providing credit reports on Japanese companies to overseas clients.

Later, she became interested in acquisition of talent upon realizing that people is the most import aspect of running a business, and developed a strong desire to work in recruitment. This led her starting her career as a researcher at one of the recruiting firm specializing in bilingual talents. She gained extensive search experience in the IT sector, including fintech, entertainment tech, digital transformation (DX), and real estate tech, covering both domestic and international markets.

Inspired by the companys vision to build a Japan based global executive search firm that can thrive in an AI-driven society even within the next 10-20 years in the future, she joined XG Partners in 2025 to further her specialization as a researcher.

She is from Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. She enjoys yoga and watching musicals.
