After graduating from university, he gained experience working for an investment real estate company, before moving on to brokerage work for the sale of investment real estate.
Although he had consistently worked in the real estate field, he decided to become a consultant because he wanted to be involved in solving corporate recruitment issues and supporting peoples careers.
During this time, he came across XG Partners, and his philosophy of maximizing intermediary value as an intermediary/agent resonated with him, so he decided to join.
He is originally from Saitama Prefecture and graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University.
