He was responsible for executive hiring and recruitment consulting, particularly supporting global companies in establishing their presence in Japan, and consistently achieved top-tier performance within the firm.
He later relocated to Singapore, where he spent approximately three and a half years providing recruitment and consulting services across the ASEAN region for global companies. During this time, he led numerous executive-level searches, including overseas subsidiary heads and senior leadership roles, and supported over 1,000 international career transitions, achieving the firm’s No.1 performance ranking.
Covering Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, and Australia, he has developed strong expertise in cross-border recruitment and international career advisory.
At XG Partners, he focuses primarily on infrastructure funds, private equity funds, and overseas-related hiring projects.
Beyond his professional work, he enjoys basketball and travel.
