Began his career as a headhunter in 2005 and has over 18 years of experience in providing Executive Search services for candidates in the financial and consulting sectors, both domestically and internationally. He worked in Tokyo for over a decade and in Hong Kong for 7 years (2012-2018).
He helped established the Hong Kong office of JAC Recruitment, a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, and led its team of 30 members.
From 2020 to 2022, he served as a manager for the financial services team at an Executive Search firm in Japan. As a top performer for three consecutive years, he achieved top-class results in Japan, with annual individual sales of over 200-300 million yen.
At the age of 40, he set out to realize the dream he had since his time in Hong Kong: to establish a Japan-based Global Executive Search Firm. To achieve this goal, he founded his own company, XG Partners, in 2023 and initiated operations at the Marunouchi headquarters in Tokyo. His company offers various job opportunities for experts from professional firms and CXOs.
He plans to establish offices in Hong Kong and Singapore in 2024.
His hobbies include street dance and kickboxing. He hails from Chiba Prefecture and dedicates his days off to raising his three sons.
