Reuben was born and raised in New Zealand, with roots from Jamaica and the Netherlands. In addition to English and Jamaican Patois, he is fluent in Japanese, a language he began teaching himself from age 19.

After moving to Japan in 2022, Reuben started his career as a study abroad agent in Tokyo. He was promoted to a team leader in 2023, and engaged in business and team management, while helping support working-holiday and study-abroad makers on their journeys.

At XG Partners, Reuben leverages his diverse experience and global perspective to help clients and candidates succeed. He is dedicated to supporting the careers of many, guided by the companys core values of helping others and encouraging growth.

His hobbies include working out and language learning.
