After his career at Pasona’s Executive Search firm, he joined JAC Recruitment where he focused on the Financial Services sector, providing career support primarily for banks and securities firms. A top performer, his personal best achievement placed him within the top 0.3% of the company. He was later promoted to Playing Manager, where he and his team earned numerous awards. Most recently, he launched the Financial Sector for Adecco’s executive search brand (LHH). He joined XG Partners because he resonates with CEO Hatsushi’s vision of building a Japan-originated global executive search firm. Additionally, he wanted to transition back from a management role to a 'strong player' position, where he can contribute directly to the financial services industry and its job seekers. Originally from Kanagawa, his hobbies include strength training, sauna, reading, and singing.
