After graduating from college, she began her career in retail sales at a securities firm before expanding her expertise across the insurance and talent acquisition sectors. Most recently, she supported startup hiring by leading end-to-end sourcing operations, including talent mapping, candidate identification, and strategy optimization.

Motivated by a passion for deep-dive research and uncovering high-caliber talent in competitive markets, she joined XG Partners in 2026 as a Research Specialist.
