アジア最大規模のGovernment Fundが日本投資担当の募集を開始しました。シンガポール勤務です。
現在、当社による独占求人となります。
Senior Associate - VPの２名募集です。

日本マーケットには主にCo-Investmentを実施しますが、Pan-Asia teamのため日本以外のディールに関わる可能性もございます。
既に当方からの紹介で複数名採用実績があるTeamです。先方との関係も近く、色々な情報を取得できます。


Role :
Full deal lifecycle: diligence, pricing, structuring, negotiation, closing, and post-investment monitoring through to exit planning

Pan-Asia mandate:
Japan specialist with the opportunity to build experience and networks across China, India, Korea and Australia. Not something Japan-focused roles offer

Flexible deal type:
Both sponsor-led co-bids and proprietary founder/corporate-led minority deals in one role

Scale and reach of platform:
100+ GP relationships, 1,000+ direct investments globally

Collaboration with other asset classes such as Real Estate, SSG team

Required Experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The bar has deliberately been broadened because the Japan strategy will now focus more heavily on co-investments rather than direct minority deals.

Requirement:
• For AVP role, Good academic qualifications with at least 4-7 years of work experience in a top-tier investment bank or PE fund
• For VP role, very extensive PE background would be required. Additional co-investment / LP investment experience is a plus.

Preferred backgrounds:
GP / PE investment professional
LP / Sovereign Wealth Fund
Strong IBD Associate who could transition successfully to the buy side
Other relevant investment backgrounds can be considered.

Able to operate in an international Pan-Asia team
Ideally interested in Japan + broader Asian investments


The ideal candidate is therefore someone who can continue leveraging their Japan expertise while gaining broader Asia exposure from Singapore.
