Job Description

Evaluate and originate investment opportunities across digital infrastructure
Build financial models and perform valuation analysis
Conduct commercial, financial, technical, legal, tax, and market due diligence
Prepare investment committee materials and investment recommendations
Coordinate negotiations with stakeholders
Support transaction execution from sourcing through closing
Monitor portfolio performance and support value creation initiatives after investment

Required Experience

■Requirements
Full professional proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English are MUST
Strong financial modelling and investment analysis skills
Experience evaluating investment opportunities
Over 4 years related experience is required
