コンシューマーセクターを中心とした日本企業で海外展開を視野に入れる企業向けにバイアウト投資を展開、その後の海外展開を財閥グループ、銀行支援で実現します。

東京オフィス以外に欧米にもメンバーが既に在籍しており、現在海外MBA中の方が日本人Associate一人目として入社が決定しています。

求める人物像に記載した通り英語は重要ではなく、アントレプレナーシップマインドや成長する意欲が最重要とされております。

Company Overview
This fund is a newly established Japan-focused investment platform formed. The firm aims to help high-quality Japanese middle-market companies expand globally across Asia, the US, and Europe.

This fund focuses on partnering with profitable Japanese companies that already possess strong products and brands domestically, and supports their international growth through strategic expansion, market access, M&A support, distribution partnerships, and operational introductions.

The platform closed its first fund in 2025 and has already completed its first investment.

Current target fund size: approximately USD 300–500 million

Typical deployment: USD 50 million+ per transaction

Target portfolio size: approximately 7–8 investments per fund.

This fund focuses on investing in profitable Japanese companies with products that have strong potential for overseas expansion.

The firm’s strategy is centered around helping Japanese companies internationalize using the global network and ecosystem.

- Middle to Senior Level Requirements
Experienced in Buyout fund
Open to consider PIPES / Minority fund background
Open for seniority

The firm is specifically NOT looking for:
Pure “desktop analysts”

Aggressive restructuring-focused investors

Individuals focused heavily on hierarchy/title/status

- Language
Native-level Japanese strongly preferred
Business English preferred, but fluency is NOT mandatory
