Job Description

Support transaction execution including due diligence, financial analysis, structuring, negotiation, and closing
Assist in the ongoing management and monitoring of portfolio companies
Work closely with internal teams across regions and functions to drive investment outcomes

Required Experience

【REQUIREMNTS】
2+ years of experience in investment banking or a related field
Experience working with financial sponsors preferred
Exposure to both buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions is advantageous
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
