２０２５年初頭よりコミュニケーションを継続してきました、Global最大規模のPEファンドによる募集です。主にTMT/Softwareセクターに投資しています。

ロンドンかUSで勤務スタート、ディールが進み次第東京ベースとなるポジションです。

まだ日本市場では投資実績はありませんが、既にConfidentialにシニアのディールソーシング向けシニア・アドバイザーを雇い、日本市場での投資検討を進めております。今回は海外のHiring Managerをレポートとする、同社初の日本採用となる、Associate - VP levelの投資担当者募集です。

Location: Tokyo or London or US(with eventual relocation to Tokyo)
Level: Associate to VP
Team: Private Equity Investment Team

This fund is a global private equity firm with over $40 billion in assets under management.

The firm is one of the most active global investors in the software and technology-enabled services sectors. Known for its long-term approach and operational value-creation capabilities, they have built a strong track record across Europe and North America and is now expanding its presence into Asia, with Japan being a key strategic priority.

Fund Size & Strategy:
They manage multiple funds across growth and buyout strategies, including a flagship fund of approximately $700 million.(About １０００億円）

The current focus for Japan is on landmark mid-to-large cap deals (initial check size expected to be sizable), with future flexibility to pursue smaller platform or succession deals.

Investment Focus / Sector Angle
They have a strong global focus on:
Software and SaaS companies (particularly B2B)

Technology-enabled services
In Japan, the firm is targeting profitable, scalable mid-market software businesses, including carve-outs or founder-led situations.

Required Experience

Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Strategy Consulting (M&A focus)
- Alternatively, experience at a software company (CFO/CXO level) OR Venture Capital with strong financial and business acumen

Sector exposure:
TMT / Software sector exposure is preferred

Seniority level:
Targeting Associate to VP-level (approx. 4–10 years of experience)

Language:
Fluent Japanese and strong business English required
