After graduating from university, Risa began her career in the jewelry industry, developing core strengths in personal sales and client relationship management. In 2022, she transitioned into the recruitment industry by joining a direct recruiting firm, marking a new start. Through this shift, her interest in creating meaningful, human-centric connections between candidates and companies deepened. In pursuit to further realize her strength, she joined XG Partners in July 2025 as a Research Specialist supporting strategic mid-career placements.
