After graduating from university, she began her career at a recruitment firm, where she managed a staffing division specializing in the fashion industry and spearheaded the launch of a new recruitment arm.
She later transitioned into executive search, focusing on supporting career transitions for private equity funds, portfolio companies, and post-consulting professionals.

Attracted by the company’s mission, she joined XG Partners in 2026.
Originally from Karatsu City, Saga Prefecture, she enjoys traveling and marathon running in her spare time.
