He previously specialized in Financial Services recruitment at Michael Page, where he successfully led a team as a Manager while consistently delivering strong individual results.
During his tenure, he was recognized as a Top Biller within the division on three separate occasions and was selected for the firm’s global reward trip in 2025 as one of the top performers in the Japan office.

Inspired by XG Partners’ vision, he joined the firm to leverage his recruitment expertise and create lasting value for both clients and candidates.
Outside of work, he enjoys strength training, visiting the sauna, and practicing martial arts.
