After graduating from university, she began her career in the IT industry, gaining deep experience in digital forensics, AI solution development, and consultative sales for AI-powered SaaS and cybersecurity solutions.
In 2017, she joined JAC Recruitment, where she played a key role in establishing its consulting practice. She specializes in executive and professional hiring across strategy, operations, new business development, and digital transformation (DX) consulting, as well as post-consulting leadership roles within corporate organizations. During her tenure, she was honored with multiple client and internal accolades, including ranking third company-wide.
Her core focus is on partnering with mid- to senior-level professionals, guiding them to make thoughtful career decisions that align with both their professional ambitions and long-term personal goals.

She joined XG Partners to further elevate her support for both clients and candidates, serving as a deeply trusted strategic advisor in the executive search industry.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, scuba diving, and watching B.LEAGUE basketball. She is also the proud mother of one.
