After graduating from university, Marina began her career in retail sales at a domestic securities firm before transitioning to a company specializing in corporate investor relations (IR) materials. She then spent time as a medical office assistant at a hospital, providing vital administrative and operational support to doctors.

Driven by a desire to work in a field offering highly specialized career support, she joined XG Partners as a Research Specialist in 2026.
