本件は同社の海外オフィス、日本のTOPと連携しており、当社がExclusive Agentです。

Senior Leadership Role in Tokyo:
This fund is seeking a senior leader for the Tokyo office at the Principal or Managing Director level.

Initially, the role will serve as the “right hand” to whom co-founder & managing partner while he is in Tokyo.

Investment Strategy in Japan:

Focus on majority buyouts; preferential minority deals are also possible.

Flexible interview process, potentially starting with informal conversations

求める経験

Ideal profile: senior Japanese private equity buyout leader.

Japan PE buyout experience is essential.
Fluent English and Japanese are required.

Primary responsibility: deal execution (negotiations, legal processes, driving deals forward).

Ideal candidates may include Principals/MDs from large funds or senior leaders from boutique Japanese funds.
