業務内容

急成長中のグローバル投資会社の日本拠点にて、上場企業へのストラクチャード投資（PIPEs、CB、優先株など）を中心とした投資業務全般を担うポジションです。

主な業務内容：
・上場企業向けの私募投資（PIPEs）を中心とした案件のソーシング、分析、実行
・経営陣、証券会社、アドバイザーなどとのリレーション構築
・優先株、CB、オプション付き株式などを活用した投資スキームの提案
・グローバルチーム（米国・欧州・アジア）との協業
・投資実行後の契約交渉、ドキュメンテーション支援

A unique opportunity to join a fast-growing global investment platform’s Tokyo office, focusing on structured investments into public companies, such as PIPEs, preferred equity, and convertibles.

Key Responsibilities:
・Originate, analyze, and execute structured investments (PIPEs, convertible bonds, preferred shares, etc.) in Japan
・Build and maintain relationships with company management teams, advisors, and banks
・Develop and propose tailored investment structures based on each situation
・Support negotiation and documentation post-approval
・Collaborate closely with global investment teams across the US, Europe, and Asia

求める経験

・投資銀行、PE、ヘッジファンドなどでの実務経験（4年以上が目安）
・財務分析・モデリングに強く、契約や投資構造にも関心がある
・経営陣や外部関係者と信頼関係を築けるコミュニケーション力
・日英バイリンガル（ビジネスレベル以上）
・少人数チームで自律的に動ける方
・フラットでスピード感のある環境を好む方

【English】
・4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or hedge funds
・Strong financial analysis and interest in deal structuring
・Comfortable communicating with executives and external stakeholders
・Fluent in Japanese and business-level English
・Self-driven and adaptable in a small, agile team
・Thrives in a flat, fast-paced working culture
